Monday, Monday...

Today was a typical Monday after a gorgeous, fun weekend. Kevin and I went to King’s Island yesterday (see picture, above.) It was a lot of fun, as I hadn’t been there in a while and the company was good. We rode all the major roller coasters and actually had a little picnic in the parking lot. I was exhausted and I went to bed at 9:00pm last night.

I woke up in a bad mood this morning. I had dreamed this morning that I was at my surgery. In the dream, I had woken up to a chaotic room with strange beeps, etc. In the dream, there had been complications with the surgery and they needed to remove more than my tonsils. It made me feel kind of panicky.

I went to work and gave it my all despite the fact that I don’t feel 100%. My body feels a bit weak and I skipped my Monday workout. I’m going to bed early. My plan is to take it very easy this week and not go crazy. It's a 9:00 bed time for me tonight, again.

The only exception of "going crazy" is with food. I’m going to eat all of the food that I’m not going to be able to eat for a while. I ate some "Shanghai Mama's" noodles today. I'm debating on Indian or Greek food for tomorrow...

Well, don't you make a good looking couple. nice to gear you having a good time. I love amusement parks. Really great for people watching. he he he...

Don't you hate dreams like that?

You have a choice every day... you can live in th emood you woke up with, OR you can choose to restart your day at any time of the day you want. It's all a matter of perspective and mindset.

Live your Best Life Everyday....

Well I am glad you two boys had a good time at Kings Island- I have a pass and go there quite a bit. It is a very good place for eye candy (especially when the water park is open!!!)
And the dream?? You tell us about all the food you are comsuming and you question the dream?? There probably is some psychological connection between inhaling large amounts of comfort foods prior to a stressful event, and having bizarre dreams about that stressful event.
Put the fork down and step away from the plate! (Dennis)
