12 of 12: December 2009

Here’s what 12 of 12 is all about: On the 12th day of each month you take 12 photos showing how you spent your day, post them on your blog, and then link the post back to Chad. 11:01 am, after sleeping in, I take puppy for a walk. She loves the snow and ice: 12:35 pm. For lunch, I head to fountain square. It's extremely festive: 2:05 pm. I take puppy for a second walk of the day. We visit the nearby Betts-Longworth historical district. 2:15 pm. We walk North toward Central Parkway. 7:35pm. Chris, Steve and I arrive at "Ugly Sweater Party" #1, hosted by the lovely Teca. 8:05 pm. I take a picture of Steve's "Christmas Spawn" or "Christmas Sporran" depending on how you want to pronounce it or interpret it: 8:30 pm. After sampling "home brew" absinth, we play "Tip Cup," a drinking game involving two teams tipping cups, relay style. 9:30 pm. We arrive at "Ugly Sweater Party #2," hosted by the lovely Shelli. Katy doesn't show up to the party and that makes people sad. 11:30 pm. We arrive at "Adonis" nightclub in time for a show: 1:30 am (technically the December 13th... shhh) I say hello to Penny Tration before Chris whisks Steve and I home to our respective beds:

Oh Christmas Tree!

I put the Christmas tree in the kitchen this year, so it gets maximum visibility from the street! Merry Christmas!
